After the West, TX Explosion, Let's All Really Contemplate Safety

If you haven't heard, a terrible explosion in West, TX has caused many injuries and fatalities. It is a tragedy and among feelings of sadness and sympathy should really put a spark under everyone to think about why safety is so important and the number of people are who, at least potentially and at best literally, affected when things go wrong. I'm not implying any foul play or lack of safety. Also, I feature this instead of the recent Boston Marathon bombings because this is industrial, having happened at a fertilizer plant.

Let's just all take some time to consider safety issues and remember why it is so important.
