The SealCore Safety Plate is a new product, created by Chuck Longhenry, that makes sealing core and penetration holes faster and easier, while still remaining safe.

The plate can be installed in less than a minute; much faster than the typical approach which can take an hour. It is less messy, less expensive, and still meets the International Building Code 4-Hour Fire Rating.
