Little Giant Ladder Systems has improved their line of ladders and, thus, "raised" the bar on ladder safety. Lighter, easier to use ladders, are allowing companies like Suddenlink to keep their employees safer, while broadening the performance requirements for jobs. It also allows for the hiring of women and men who would normally be able to do the job just fine with the exception of handling large, heavy ladders. Little Giant is definitely setting a bar that, hopefully, other ladder manufacturer's will try to reach.
