Exhibit Space Cost:

Each 10x10 Booth Package Costs $1200.00 and comes with 2 attendants with the option to add two additional attendants for $150.00 each.  You may have a maximum of 4 attendants per booth.  Spaces include a table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and carpeting. Exhibitors do have full access to the conference.

• Set Up: May 15th 8 a.m. thru 3 p.m.
• Grand Opening: May 15th 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Expo Hours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. May 16th / 8 a.m.-3 p.m. May 17th
• Tear Down: May 17th 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.

 Exhibit Space Assignments

• VPPPA Region VI conducts space assignments based on the Returning Exhibitor Priority System and then on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The EXPO coordinator will contact you after a paid registration is received concerning space assignments.
• Exhibit space is assigned for the 2012 VPPPA Region VI EXPO only.

Can I rent lead retrieval devices?

Lead retrieval devices will be available on site. CTE (Conference Technology Enhancements) will be in charge of rental agreements. Region VI has no liability/involvement with CTE other than to provide them with information so that they can schedule rentals ahead of time with you. LEAD RETRIEVAL ORDER FORM

Manage Promotion of Your Exhibit

• The description of your company or product that you provide during your registration will be made available to attendees before the conference.
• The website you input during your registration will be displayed for attendees and referred back to your company.

Please start the registration process below.  You will be able to make booth requests based on availability.  Click the number in the booth slot to make a request.  You may select multiple booths.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMEONE MAY HAVE MADE A REQUEST BEFORE YOU.  If you have presented with us in the past, we may already have your information in our system.  Simply type in the first few letters of your company name to search.  You will receive an automated message once your booth has been assigned. Payment will be required after your booth has been assigned.
