Early Registration: $475 per person if received before April 7th, 2012
Regular Registration: $575 per person if received April 7th-April 27th, 2012
Late Registration: $650 per person if received April 28th-May 7th, 2012
Onsite Registration: $650 per person
Why does the registration cost increase the longer I wait?
In order to meet the costs of the conference, certain guarantees to vendors must be made in advance. Registrations made later in the process increase the cost of those guarantees as well as increase the cost of supplies that must be ordered in advance of the conference.

IF YOU ARE AN EXHIBITOR STOP NOW! You need to register HERE. If you already have done so, you most likely have been invoiced and are waiting on confirmation of payment.
Q: Why are there multiple registrations?
A: If you are registering from a site that is located in the Region VI member area AND part of the VPPP Association in good standing, use the VPPP Association Registration. It is important to do so for VPPP Association voting purposes and potential site associated discounts. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO TAKE PART IN ELECTIONS OR OTHER MATTERS REQUIRING A VOTE. If you are not a member of the association located in the Region VI member area and are simply attending the conference because it is one of the best safety conferences available, choose the NON Association Member Registration. If you would like to become a member, find a VPPPA representative at the conference for more information. The OSHA/DOL registration is specific to OSHA/DOL employees.
Q: What information do I need?
A: Contact information for each registrant including names, addresses, phone, and email information including contact information for any additional billing representatives for your people. We do understand that not all your people have email addresses. You may enter any valid email address. Be aware that the address you enter will receive the confirmation materials that you must distribute to your attendees.
Q: What if I don't know who all I am sending yet?
A: No problem. Enter any name you want ex: <Employee1, Employee2..etc>. You can contact us later to edit those names and titles. Just provide us the changes required along with the confirmation number you have received.
Q: Are there discounts?
A: If you are a member of the VPPPA in good standing, you will have a site ID available to use. If you don't know what it is, contact your appropriate VPPPA representative for your site. For every 9 persons registered from your specific VPPPA site ID, the 10th person from that same site is free! This only applies to FULL Member sites. You must enter the VPPPA site ID for every person to potentially receive the discount for that site. You don't have to register everyone at once to receive the discount. The system keeps track of registrants for each site entered.
Q: Can I register a group?
A: Yes. You can register as many people as you like at once. Just keep hitting the "Add Additional Registrant" button after saving each person you add.
