Additionally there will be several General Workshops to choose from that cover a variety of topics such as: Safety Management, Technical and Engineering Standards, Human Behavior, Environmental Hazardous Materials, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Response, Regulatory Issues, and many more. We also have a strong lineup of workshops relating to the OSHA CHALLENGE PROGRAM.

If you are a member of the Region VI VPP Association in good standing, for every 9 people you send from a confirmed VPPPA site-id, the 10th person from that same site-id is FREE!

Regular Registration: $575 per person if received April 7th-April 27th, 2012

Why does the registration cost increase the longer I wait?

In order to meet the costs of the conference, certain guarantees to vendors must be made in advance.  Registrations made later in the process increase the cost of those guarantees as well as increase the cost of supplies that must be ordered in advance of the conference.

Exhibit Space Cost:

Each 10x10 Booth Package Costs $1200.00 and comes with 2 attendants with the option to add two additional attendants for $150.00 each.  You may have a maximum of 4 attendants per booth.  Exhibitors do have full access to the conference.

 Exhibit Space Assignments

• VPPPA Region VI conducts space assignments based on the Returning Exhibitor Priority System and then on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The EXPO coordinator will contact you after a paid registration is received concerning space assignments.
• Exhibit space is assigned for the 2012 VPPPA Region VI EXPO only.

Can I rent lead retrieval devices?

Lead retrieval devices will be available on site. CTE (Conference Technology Enhancements) will be in charge of rental agreements. Region VI has no liability/involvement with CTE other than to provide them with information so that they can schedule rentals ahead of time with you.

• The description of your company or product that you provide during your registration will be made available to attendees before the conference.

Please start the registration process below.  You will be able to make booth requests based on availability.  Click the number in the booth slot to make a request.  You may select multiple booths.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMEONE MAY HAVE MADE A REQUEST BEFORE YOU.  If you have presented with us in the past, we may already have your information in our system.  Simply type in the first few letters of your company name to search.  You will receive an automated message once your booth has been assigned. Payment will be required after your booth has been assigned.

 BEGIN EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

The Region VI Annual Safety Conference makes available peer taught instructional classes. As a workshop instructor, you will have full access to the conference and all of the events associated with the conference including other workshops, general sessions, award dinners, and more. If your workshop is selected, each member of your workshop will receive a $100.00 discount from the registration fee. Upon approval, you will receive a notice from the registration system stating that your registration has been approved. In that notice will be a link that will take you back to your registration and allow you to pay immediately using a credit card or you can pay by check and an invoice will be emailed to you. If you submit more than one workshop, be prepared to instruct every workshop that you submit. If you are an exhibitor, you will not be asked to pay an additional fee of any kind unless you are adding a name that is not associated with your exhibitor registration.
